I'll never forget how everyone in my small town knew my grandfather, all the stories and laughter everywhere we went. I often wondered how he made such an impact on those he met. It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my son, about a year after my grandfather passed, that I realized how much communication and storytelling truly matter. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him, and that taught me the power of connection. In my youth, I also had the privilege of watching my father lead top sales in multiple organizations—all from a minivan packed full of marketing materials (single father managing a daughter on his own, unheard of during this time). I learned firsthand how building relationships and sharing a story and relating could drive success, no matter the challenges. These experiences shaped who I am today. With strengths in sales, business development, and marketing, my true passion lies in the development of people and organizations. I believe that, now more than ever, the stories we tell as businesses and individuals are what make the biggest impact. It’s not just about what we offer; it’s about how we connect, the values we share, and the legacy we leave behind. |
